Drivetrain Features
The motorcycle is built around the air-cooled, 1200cc Evolution engine which features aluminum heads and cylinders. Aluminum heads and cylinders lighten the load of the bike and improve air-cooling efficiency. The engine is also combined with an electronic fuel injection system which makes it more reliable and easier to maintain. It is also worth mentioning that the engine is rubber-mounted and delivers an average fuel consumption of 48 mpg. The engine, which produces 71 ft/lbs of torque, is mated with a 5-speed manual transmission.
