Drivetrain Features

This Jag is equipped with a 5.3 L Ā V12 motor mated to an automatic transmission with rear wheel drive. This Series 3 E-Type has a large fuel tank that holds an impressive 22 gallons of gas. This American E-Types offered 250 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 283 pound-feet torque at 3,500 rpm according to Road & Track.

This E-Type is a fixed-head coupe (FHC). The wheelbase is 105 inches giving more space to the car. TheĀ recessed headlights, and even the oversized orange indicators attached to the bumpers really add style to this classic. There are also extra hazard lights just before the front wheel arches.

The cabin features front bucket seats and individual rear seats trimmed in red leather with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. A few hazard lights surround them, while all the other gauges are placed linear in the recessed middle part of the dashboard.

The V12 was equipped with four Zenith carburetors, and as introduced produced a claimed 203 kW (272 hp), more torque, and a 0ā€“60 mph acceleration of less than seven seconds.
